At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition with all tags attached; please note that assembled custom skateboards cannot be returned.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our shop staff inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
